Summer is right around the corner so prepare for a ton of tracks popping up on the 'net that give off a "banger" or "cruising" vibe. So far it looks like Rich Homie Quan's "Flex" cut may be in the early lead for summer 2015 anthem but Plies recruits "Hot N***a" producer Jahlil Beats for "Dayum!" which also has that summer feel to it. Also, this is probably one of those rare Plies posts. Crazy how you don't hear about him more often. Anyway, check out "Dayum!" from Plies after the jump.

The 2014 BET Hip Hop Awards have wrapped up and though we're sure you'd rather be watching the cyphers the live performances aren't that bad. And this year BET brought out the big guns of the modern era, including Bobby Shmurda, Young Thug, Rich Homie Quan, and Migos. Perhaps the biggest takeaway during this was that the young stalwart from the ghettos of East NY, Brooklyn Bobby Shmurda closed the event with his hit single "Hot N***a", an incredible feat for someone who literally blew up over the summertime. Sugar Factory Films takes it back to 2001 by unveiling the previously unreleased video for "Y'all Been Warned" from the Clan's album Iron Flag. While not a spectacular video itself, it's great that this visual has seen the light of day as I'm a big fan of the immensely underrated Iron Flag.
