So this song is especially relevant due to the extreme f*ckery that is going on in the Gulf right now. Obviously I’m not the expert on this situation, but the most frustrating part was how utterly un-prepared BP was for the situation. I mean they have all kind of technology on how to drill to the center of the earth, under water of all places, for that black gold. Then it springs a leak of devastating environmental proportions, and BP just kind of looks up and says “oops”. I think this event can at least motivate us to consider not depending on oil for our energy as much. Granted that’s easier said then done, and don’t think these oil conglomerates won’t do everything in their power to prevent that from happening. All I know if that’s it’s gotten to the point I can’t even watch the news talk about it anymore. It’s just too depressing. This track is off Reflection Eternal’s Revolutions Per A Minute.
