The Cowboys ran the ball a lot, with Marion Barber and Felix Jones. The Cowboys put up 27 rushes for 101 yards.
The Pittsburgh Steelers Charlie Batch who barely practiced during training camp completed 12 of 17 passes for 186 yards and three touchdowns his first scoring passes since 2007, defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 38-13. Batch will start Sunday against The Baltimore Ravens. Batch hasn’t started successive games since midway through 2005, when Big Ben Roethlisberger had a right knee injury. Batch started Sunday at Tampa Bay only because Dennis Dixon and Byron Leftwich are both having knee trouble.

The Jets Beat the Dolphins 31-23 but there defense allowed 363 passing yards. While the Philadelphia Eagles beat the breaks off The Jacksonville Jaguars 28-3. The 30 year old Micheal Vick is putting up numbers this year as a passer, not as the fan favorite runner that he is. Vick has a 60.7 percent completion rate. Six touchdowns, no picks and a 110.2 passer rating. Vick’s next hurdle will be his mentor and Donovan McNabb and the Washington Redskins. The big question is will the Philly fans show Donovan McNabb love.
