I thought this was a cool clip.  Basically Lenny Santiago VP of A&R at Def Jam breaks down how he got into the music business.  He also goes into a specific event that occurred while he was interning for The Diddler.  I just generally thought all his commentary was on point.  Spotted at Hype Bot.
