It looks like Devante Swing of Jodeci had a couple to many cocktails, because he got locked up at 5 in the afternoon for being so drunk he could barely stand in Subway.  This is just not a good look.  He was inevitably released once he sobered up, but you can watch the sad video below.  Hopefully he gets some help or something.
