People go out.  They Bow! Bow! Bow! along with Waka Flocka at the club, and perhaps those people enjoy a couple of coconut cirocs.  However those people seem to wake up early with an unsatisfacory sleep.  Now we have the answer!

Daily Mail: Drinking just before lights out leads to a deep sleep for the first half of the night, before giving way to disrupted sleep for the remainder, a study has shown.

As a result, a nightcap causes people to wake up earlier than they would otherwise have done.

A more ‘shallow’ sleep is a less restorative one, and if you have too many of them it could damage your health in the long-term.
