This shouldn’t come as surprise considering Clef tried to run for President of Haiti last year.  I think Wyclef sounds great on this track, but the chorus is pretty redundant (“earthquake…earthquake…earthquake”).  The backup singers give this a real Bob Marley type of vibe.  On a humanitarian scale, Wyclef is like Bono, but less pretentious.  Let me know what you think.
