Good luck with this one, Buck. As previously reported, the IRS was scheduled to auction off Young Buck’s possessions in order to compensate for $164,000 in delinquent income tax payments.  Days before his weed leaf pictures, faux-fur coats, and Santa Claus figurines went on the market, Buck’s lawyer halted the auction, filing for bankruptcy and asserting that the former G-Unit member would sell $638,500 of real estate to pay off his debt.

.

Now, a Nashville NBC affiliate is reporting that Young Buck plans on suing the IRS due to a raid of his home in August.  Claiming that the seizure of items including a personal vending machine has caused distress, hindering his “creative juices,” Buck is seeking nearly $25,000 in reparations.  The Wall Street Journal’s blog claims, “the IRS also doesn’t buy the rapper’s attempt to tie the success of his work to the missing assets, questioning the necessity of having ‘Royal Copenhagen bear figurines’ and the afore-mentioned soda machine and games around in order to write hip-hop tunes.”  Any predictions on how this will end?

  1. The lawsuit is superficial, Buck knows it wont get anywhere. This just buys him time to sell the real estate and pay them off. I guess this is what rappers mean by “bust back”.
