By: Hot Gossip Gal The self proclaimed King of the South got a lil heated with someone who threw something on stage at him at a show. Check out the video below…ole boy been going through it recently though.. Jimmy Mad at G Unit We talked yesterday about how annoyed Jimmy has got to be over Verizon pulling out of the sponsoring of Gwen Stefani’s tour because of Akon and his inability to keep his pelvis still ..but word is Jimmy is none too pleased with the roster over at G Unit and sees 50 as the main money man over there. So basically what is the point of the rest of the crew? I guess only time will tell.

By: Rizoh Last weekend, Jim Jones confirmed what we already knew—that the Dipset crew has placed Cam’ron on time-out. Jones, who claimed he hadn’t spoken to Cam in one year, also said he would stop by Funkmaster Flex’s Hot 97 show to elaborate on the situation. He eventually backed down from the interview at the last minute. His reason? Well, according to Hot 97’s Miss Info, Duke da God and other Dipset members are now slated to appear on Flex’s show Tuesday night. Instead of discussing the Cam’ron feud, Jones wants them to utilize the platform to promote their new album, Duke Da God Presents: More Than Music Vol.2. Is this Dipset’s way of drawing attention to their new album? Or is the feud so explosive that Farrakhan is on the phone with both Cam and Jim trying to resolve the issue in private? It’s only a matter of time before the truth comes to light. We’ll keep you posted…
By Quibian Salazar-Moreno Verizon already announced last week that they were dropping Akon as a sponsor for committing unspeakable acts on a 14- year old girl on stage at a recent concert. The phone company responded by terminating the endorsement contract, removing his ringtones and music from its online stores and pulled all the TV and radio spots featuring Akon and his music. Now to add insult to injury, Verizon is also pulling their sponsorship out of Gwen Stefani’s Sweet Escape national tour, where Akon is the opening act. According to Billboard, Verizon’s sponsorship of Stefani’s tour could be worth $1 to $2 million in costs, which is used to pay for production costs, employee salaries and other tour expenses. According to Stefani’s tour manager, Akon has been a PG-rated performer for the entire tour.
By Quibian Salazar-Moreno While a handful of hip-hop heads think Three Six Mafia’s MTV show, Adventures in Hollyhood is cooning and minstrel at its finest, Three Six Mafia is hoping that it will hope promote their upcoming album to platinum glory. After announcing that the album would drop in April and then in May, the group is now saying that, “Last 2 Walk”, will drop on July 3. In a recent interview with Billboard the group said that the show is a pretty good example of their everyday life. "You see us in meetings, recording, trying to come up with songs, trying to do movie deals, even trying to pick up women," group member DJ Paul recently told Billboard.com of the show. "Our lives are like a circus," added Juicy J. "You wouldn’t believe the crap we go through everyday." The album will feature appearances from Lyfe Jennings, Paul Wall, 8Ball & MJG, Akon, the Game, Lil’ Jon and Lil’ Wayne. The first single, “Doe Boy Fresh,” is wearing out its welcome, but plans for a new single are in the works.
By: Hot Gossip Gal The super entrepreneurs were out in full force this past weekend in Vegas. Jay Z held the after party of all after parties for the Floyd Mayweather fight. As you can see, Diddy was in the house, Fiddy who had just won pretty big after gambling a mill on his boy, Nelly was there, Jeezy was there. Hip-Hop was represented. Shout out to Mayweather for his win. This party also cleared up the rumor that Nelly and Ashanti were over as they were there looking all happy and content.
By: Hot Gossip Gal Is going to be his son Marquis, who has the moniker 25 Cent and who is going to be dropping a record in October. Now I had heard this story a while a go but I was hoping it wasn’t true, but having heard it four times now I have to report on it as there may just be some truth in it. There may be an album coming around Christmas time is what I have heard and a single is supposed to drop in the fall. Jimmy Lovine Gotta be Pissed Akons OTT stage performance in Trinidad has cost the sponsorship of Verizon for his up and coming tour opening for Gewn Stefani. His simulated sex scene with a minor has caused Jimmy Iovines top girl to lose her sponsorship too. Akon is going to need to eat some serious humble pie right now as messing with Jimmy’s money is a serious No-No-No.
By: Rizoh 50 Cent’s 52-room mansion in Farmington, CT is now up for sale, according to agent Curt Clemens of Century 21 Clemens & Sons in Hartford. 50 bought the 48,000 square-foot home from Mike Tyson in September 2003 for $4.1 million. Tyson paid $2.7 million for the house in 1996. 50 reportedly spent a whopping $6 million on renovations on the house, which now includes a helicopter pad and stripper poles. Curt Clemens, owner of Century 21 Clemens & Sons in Hartford, told the Hartford Courant Wednesday that he toured the house a few months ago after being contacted by representatives of the rapper who said he wanted to sell the property. “I was surprised it hadn’t come on the market because we were expecting it,” said Clemens to the Hartford Courant. “He’s put a lot into it, and it’s all very tasteful, except the stripper poles.”
By: Rizoh The rumors are true. Cam’ron has been banished from the Dipset crew, according to the Dips capo Jim Jones. Miss Info (of Hot 97) detailed a recent conversation with Jones, in which he admitted that the inner wrangling within the Diplomats crew had been brewing for some time now. Jones told Miss Info that he “kept quiet” on the issue out of loyalty even though he hadn’t spoken to Cam in a year. “I felt like if we can’t be friends, then at least we can do business together. Me and Cam’ron havent spoken to each other in a year… I kept quiet out of loyalty, I felt like if we cant be friends then at least we can do business together….But now I can’t be next to you….I’m through wit being in hot water because of you….We still the Diplomats. We worked too hard to achieve our own success and now we’re gonna do something new….” Although he did not disclose any specific details for his dissension, Jim will speak in depth on the issue today when he’s scheduled to visit Funkmaster Flex’s radio show. No other Dipset member has spoken out publicly about their relationship with Cam, but various sources indicate that Juelz Santana and a few others don’t seem to share Jones’ sentiment and are even surprised by his statements. Well, insiders have been speculating about this discord ever since Cam’ron ran away from the Rucker Park and allowed Jimmy to catch the beating of a lifetime.
By Quibian Salazar-Moreno The aftermath of Brandy’s December 30 car accident that killed 38-year-old Awatef Aboudihaj is continuing to mount. She is already facing a lawsuit from the victim’s parents for a cool $50 million while a lawsuit on behalf of Aboudihaj’s two children, 14 and 10, was filed in February. Now the victim’s husband, Maroune Hdidou, has filed a lawsuit against Brandy, and another driver in the accident, accusing them of wrongful death and vehicular negligence that calls for unspecified damages from the defendants, including medical and funeral expenses, legal fees and a host of other punitive damages. The California Highway Patrol recommended to prosecutors that Brandy be charged with misdemeanor manslaughter for her part in the multi-car accident which carries a maximum penalty of one year in jail and a $1,000 fine. Charges have yet to be filed.

Hmm no comparison is there…a Hilton Hotel or a Cali all female detention center…a reality check coming right up The most unknown music industry wife Through all the controversy over the age limit her husband is supposed to desire when playing away from home..one wife who really keeps out of the spotlight is Andrea Kelly, the wife of R Kelly and the mother of his children. She gives up her side of all the controversy in Essence this month and still to this days says that is not her man in the video that was the creme de la creme of internet porn back in 2002. Wow that is loyalty for you. Lil Kim going back to her roots? Turns out Lil Kim is taking a walk back down memory lane with Sean Combs as it has been reported by a couple of sources that the Queen B is looking to sign with Diddy and is working away in the studio with him. I mean maybe she is doing it to repay him for the party he threw her last year when she got outta jail..but seriously signing with Diddy ain’t right when he is still trying to be a rapper himself.
By: Rizoh As you may have heard by now, Busta added another bust to his rap sheet yesterday and was later released on a $7500 bail. According to TMZ, he told officers that it was “a shot of Hennessy” that landed him the DUI arrest early Thursday morning in New York. Busta was initially pulled over for having his windows too tinted. After cops smelled alcohol on his breath and noticed his “watery and bloodshot eyes,” according to the arrest report, he was given the dreaded field sobriety test. Predictably, he failed the test. But he also blew a 0.067, below the legal threshold of 0.08. and was consequently slapped with one count of operating a motor vehicle while under intoxication, and one count of operating a motor vehicle while impaired. He’s due back in court for his arraignment next Tuesday. Busta will also face trial on two assault charges after a judge withdrew a plea offer Monday that would have let the MC remain free. Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Tanya Kennedy withdrew the offer that included probation, community service and a series of lectures to troubled youth.
