Hillary Clinton in the state, a CNN-WMUR poll found Sunday. On the Republican side, Sen. John McCain leads former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney by a narrower margin — 32 percent to 26 percent, the survey found. The poll, conducted by the University of New Hampshire, surveyed 341 Democrats and 268 Republicans likely to vote in Tuesday’s New Hampshire primary. It has asampling error of 5 percentage points. Seems that Mike applied to a prison-monitored drug rehabilitation program in Leavenworth, Kansas. Under the program, Vick could be released after serving only 12 months of the 23-month sentence that Vick was given on Dec. 10 in Richmond, Va. Vick was given a 23-month sentence was that he failed a drug test for marijuana after pleading guilty to charges relating to dog fighting. Source

Posted by: Crackspace The Brit/K-Fed court hearing is over, andthere should be more information released to the public on Monday.The Commisioner in the Brit case just issued his order.K-Fed gets sole legal and physical custody. Brit’s visitation has been "suspended pending further order of the Court." The order is in effect until January 14. There will then be a hearing to determine where the case goes from there. Come on Brit Shape Up or Ship Out!!

U.S. Magistrate Alan Baverman has moved the datefrom today to Feb. 19th 2008. In November, Harris’ legal team filed court motions contending the search of Harris’ vehicle on the afternoon of his arrest was illegal because it was conducted without "a warrant, consent or probable cause." As a result, "all evidence obtained in the searches and all statements as well as fruits thereof must be suppressed," the motion said.
