By: Rizoh R&B singer Ray-J, who seems to be on a rampage lately, has moved on from Whitney Houston to Lil’ Kim. Word on the street is that Ray-J treated Queen Bee to a 20,000 splurge at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills. According to In Touch magazine, Brandy’s little brother gave Kim the $20,000 several weeks ago to spend as she pleased at the Louis Vuitton. A source told the magazine that “they’ve been spending a lot of time together,” and that Ray-J threw a surprise birthday party for former jailbird at Los Angeles nightclub Les Deux. We see how Ray-J has been spending the money he made from that Kim Kardashian sex tape.
By Quibian Salazar-Moreno Rawkus artist Mr. J Medieros (also of Rawkus group, The Procussions), is scheduled to drop his debut album, “Of Gods & Girls”, on July 24. But in recognition of the success of his first single, “Constance,” which tells the true story of a girl raised in The Philippines, kidnapped, and forced into prostitution and internet pornography at a young age, Mr. J is launching his anti-child trafficking campaign, LAM CONSTANCE. “People don’t see the connection between clicking on the internet here and someone being raped in a hotel room on the other side of the world,” J said. “I want people to recognize our responsibility in what is happening here. Child pornography is a $3 billion market and the porn industry all together is $57 billion worldwide; it brings in more money than professional football, baseball, and basketball franchises combined. More than 800,000 women and children are kidnapped, trafficked and raped each year. That’s 2200 people each and every day, one every 39 seconds. Traffickers who are arrested may receive as little as 1 -4 years in prison. This has to stop.” Check out the moving video for “Constance” below:
By: Hot Gossip Gal Yeah it is officially Ray J is sticking it to the Kim’s again. Reunited with the ex, the porn star dropped serious money on Kim while shopping on Rodeo Drive. Well someone has to I guess as home girl ain’t really had much luck since she got outta the pen last year.

By: Hot Gossip Gal The so called bankrupt CEO obviously has acquired new tastes. One being white girls, he defended Brit during her bad hair day and he helped Paris deal with her sorry drunken ass in one of LA’s hotel bars last week,. But his other taste is biting fingers of white actors. He snapped away at Kevin Connolleys from Entourage the other night while at a party thrown by Lebron James. Blood everywhere but KC said it was no big deal…yeah right.
By: Hot Gossip Gal You taking it a little too far with the thoughts of a modelling career Ma. I think home girl may have got a little above herself what with Remy being all caught up in that drama…Khia probably thinks the time has come for her to shine.
By: Rizoh T.I. Vs. T.I.P. has held onto the No.1 spot on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums for the second week in a row. Despite its 60% drop in sales, T.I.’s fifth solo album moved a solid 175,000 units in its second week on the chart. That was more than enough to hold off competition from rockers Smashing Pumpkins’ Zeitgeist LP, which shifted 145,000 copies. T.I. vs. T.I.P. debuted with an impressive 468,000 scans last week to become Tip’s second consecutive album to go gold in its first two weeks. Last year’s King charted at No.1 with 522,000 scans and eventually became the highest selling rap album of the year.
By: Rizoh 50 Cent, who once slammed Kanye West for his post-Katrina criticism of George Bush, has now done a 360 on his opinion of the President. 50 recently accused George Bush of being cruel and heartless, in his latest interview with New York magazine: “George Bush has a talent: he has less compassion than the average human. By all means, I don’t aspire to be like George Bush.” Duh, the President’s public support is at an all-time low, stemming from that much-talked about Iraq war policy. You may recall that 50’s infamous GQ interview, where he expressed his admiration for President Bush, saying “I wanna meet George Bush, just shake his hand and tell him how much of me I see in him.”
By: Hot Gossip Gal The Louis Vuitton Don got his time to speak on Beanies allegations about him being gay while in the studio with Angie Mar at Hot 97 in NYC. Sounds like Ye was a lil upset that Beans took it that way, but he doesn’t have no beef. check it out for yourselves here anyway. Damn and there I was thinking Kanye was going to smack the Broad Street Bully with his LV pocket book. CLICK HERE TO LISTEN
By Quibian Salazar-Moreno Just days after Wyclef Jean put hopes into a new Fugees album, Pras comes out saying the entire project is dead, thanks to Lauryn Hill. In an interview with Billboard.com promoting his new DVD about L.A.’s Skid Row, Pras shared his thoughts about the possibility of reuniting with his group. "We went in the studio and recorded a couple records that were incredible. But, to put it nicely, it’s dead," Pras told Billboard. "Me and Clef, we on the same page, but Lauryn is in her zone, and I’m fed up with that sh*t. Here she is, blessed with a gift, with the opportunity to rock and give and she’s running on some bullsh*t? I’m a fan of Lauryn’s but I can’t respect that." In meantime, Pras is promoting “Skid Row”, a documentary where Pras lives as a homeless man for nine days in L.A.’s Skid Row. The film opens on August 24 in L.A., New York and Washington D.C. He’s also a prepping a new album, “Experience,” due out near the end of the year on Sony BMG.
By Quibian Salazar-Moreno Havoc has been one half of Mobb Deep and the man behind the group’s sound for over 14 years, but has never released a solo project. Now the Queensbridge producer is finally dropping that debut, “The Kush”, on September 18. “I was always ready (to drop a solo-album), but the reason why it took me so long is because the timing wasn’t right,” Havoc said. “I was always working on Mobb Deep material and working with other artists and I used alot of the material I was going to use for a solo-LP for Mobb Deep records. Basically, ‘The Kush’ is dark and gutter, I really wanted to go that direction.” Don’t expect a bunch of appearances on the album either. Only Prodigy and new cats 40 Glocc, Un Pachino, Nyce and Nitti appear on the album, which was all produced by Havoc. “Besides Prodigy, I did not want a bunch of big stars on it, as it would have taken away from the real objective of the LP, which is grimy and down to earth,” he said. Here’s the track listing to the album dropping though Nature Sounds Records: 1.) NY For Life (produced by Havoc) 2.) I’m The Boss (produced by Havoc) 3.) By My Side f/40 Glocc (produced by Havoc) 4.) One Less Nigga (produced by Havoc) 5.) Ride Out f/Nyce (produced by Havoc) 6.) Balling Out f/Un Pachino (produced by Havoc) 7.) What’s Poppin Tonite (produced by Havoc) 8.) Class By Myself f/Nitti (produced by Havoc) 9.) Set Me Free f/Prodigy & Nyce (produced by Havoc) 10.) Be There (produced by Havoc) 11.) Hit Me Up f/Un Pacihno (produced by Havoc) 12.) Get Off My Dick (produced by Havoc)
By: Hot Gossip Gal Well not quite sure what to think of this really, Trina is still rocking the ring that Weezy gave her. This is either a case of ‘not letting go’ or ‘not letting you into my world AGAIN.’ I mean her and Weezy kept their relationship on the DL for a long time before they officially came out when he was promoting the Carter II so who knows what the deal is but Miss Trina is looking very very well.
By: Hot Gossip Gal Fans are looking for refunds after walking out of shows featuring Ms. Hill. I mean obviously she is trying to come back otherwise she wouldn’t be out on the road and people wouldn’t be spending their hard earned cash to go see her if they didn’t want her to come back…BUT she ain’t doing a good job of it right now. Get a grip Lauryn..we need you Ma to rep for the gals.
By: Rizoh Prince is giving away three million copies of his new album, Planet Earth. The eccentric pop star has teamed up with British paper Mail On to distribute the freebies. Free copies will also be handed out at his concerts. The Minneapolis artist explained: “It’s direct marketing and I don’t have to be in the speculation business of the record industry which is going through a lot of tumultuous times right now,” Prince, who register a dismal 80,000 sold copies of his last album in the U.K. Meanwhile, industry retailers are angered by the royal giveaway. Paul Quirk, co-chairman of the Entertainment Retailers Association, said the decision “beggars belief,” before adding that “The Artist formerly known as Prince should know that with behavior like this he will soon be the Artist Formerly Available in Record Stores.” Don’t you wish all artists would take the Prince approach and make music available for little to no cost?
By: Rizoh Dave Chappelle was hospitalized over the weekend for exhaustion, according to his reps. The former host of Comedy Central’s “The Chappelle Show” was rushed to a Los Angeles emergency room and was released hours later. Despite rumors that Chappelle may have been on drugs, his publicist insists that the 33-year old comic was fatigued. “It was exhaustion, he had been traveling,” said Carla Sims, who wouldn’t comment any further on the issue. Chappelle made headlines back in 2005 when he walked away from a $50 million contract with Comedy Central, citing creative differences.
