On Tuesday November 19, 2013, Trademark Da Skydiver released his highly-anticipated album, “Flamingo Barnes 2: Mingo Royale.” To celebrate the album’s release, Trademark held a release party at The Studio at Webster Hall in Manhattan. The event which was hosted by Dice The God featured performances by Trademark, Smoke DZA, Young Roddy, Cannibal Ox, Ken Rebel, and G.R.A.M.Z. DJ Two Three held it down on the turntables that evening. Over Memorial Day weekend, Rhymesayers’ Soundset Festival returned to Canterbury Park to bring hip-hop to concertgoers in Minneapolis. The hometown favorite Atmosphere shared the headlining duties with Snoop Dogg, while Juicy J, Mac Miller, Tech N9ne, Brother Ali, Joey Bada$$, ScHoolboy Q and more also performed. The Downtown Music festival returned to New York CIty on May 10, 2013 to highlight a selection of buzzworthy artists from across the country. The evening started out at Element where Earl Sweatshirt, Ryan Hemsworth, and Antwon performed. The festivities continued at Capitale where Black Hippy was in attendance and ScHoolboy Q played an extended set.
