Looks like MJ the God has upset the American Cancer Society by being snapped with a heavy duty cigar hanging out of his mouth. The ACS are worried that like anything Jordan touches this will be an influence on the youth of today and they are not wrong there. A female rapper from ATL who goes by the stage name Maryjane was granted a restraining order against Phoenix Suns star Shaquille O Neal who has allegedly been stalking the 23 year old perfromer born Alexis Miller.  Miller and O Neal who were allegedly involved in a relationship for eight months broke up last month and threatening text messages from the NBA player were submitted as evidence in court on Thursday last week. It has also been reported that O Neal told Miller that he would pay other rappers $50,000 to not work with the burgeoning rap star because of their break up. Sources have implied that Miller was the reason as to why O Neal and his wife Shaunie were heading for the divorce court last year. However the couple have since reconciled and are working on making their marriage work. Shaq has been ordered to stay away from Miller and her 19 month old child and prohibited to have any contact with her or come within 200 m of her. He was accused of stalking,  threatening bodily harm and harassing phone calls.

Looks like eight god medal winner Michael Phelps is partial to a bit of Young Jeezy when he is getting ready to take to the water. Jeezy of course is happy with the love shown by the Olympian, but saying Phelps is the Young Jeezy of the swim world? Shaking my head at that comment. Phelps who has now become the best Olympian of all time after his unforgettable games in Beijing also said Lil Wayne was another artist he listens to when preparing for a game.

He might be a beast on the court, but it looks like Dwayne Wade is going to end up in court as his business partners for a chain of failed restaurants begin suing the Olympic basketball player for $25 million. The two business partners who had hoped to open up to 20 restaurants throughout America with the help of using D Wades name and having the Heat star turn up to the sports bars/eateries every year have since the first one opened done nothing but lose money.They are implying that this is due to the sport stars failure to honor his marketing and promotion duties which were allegedly included in the contracts drawn up when the company was founded. Texas Titan Slim Thug has left the confines of Interscope Records to head on over to Koch to deal with projects for his Boss Hogg Outlaws. The Still Platinum rapper who signed to Star Trak/Geffen back in 2005 to release his first major album, wants to be more hands on with his own imprint which will be distributed through Koch. The second album from The Boss Hogg Outlawz will be hitting shelves on September 2nd and is titled….Back by Blockular Demand.
