Is Callius Moon a disturbed individual with a comedic side or does he just have a penchant for hip-hop that defies logic? In one of the most bizarre courtroom defenses ever caught on camera, Moon, a Detroit resident accused of threatening to kill his girlfriend, took the stand to show off his impressive off-the-dome vernacular. This has to be one of the craziest, most random meeting of the minds put down on wax as of late, but don’t judge a book by its cover … or a record by the fact MTV’s “From G’s to Gents” RiFF RaFF is on it. I give anything with Action Bronson — and most recently Harry Fraud (who produced this jam) — a spin, but I honestly wrote this off as soon as I saw the Albanian spitter Tweet about it this AM. But what do you know? It goes hard and somehow works. (more…)
