Featuring Lil Baby, G Herbo, and more.

With the last winter month almost behind us, what better way to celebrate than ushering in a new edition of “New Music Friday”? Today’s features Lil Baby, G Herbo, Smoke DZA, and surprise tape from Max B.

Lil Baby kicks things off with his first album since 2018 in My Turn. Coming in loaded at 20-tracks, this 60-minute exploration continues positioning the Atlanta native as one of the industry’s most promising acts. Joining Lil Baby on his second official studio album are Young Thug, Gunna, Lil Uzi Vert, Future, and more.

Heading up north to The Windy City, G Herbo delivers his fourth studio album, PTSD. Reflective of the title, Herbo’s latest LP is a 47-minute therapy detailing the trials and tribulations of a harrowing Chicago adolescence — one that’s claimed most of his friends’ lives. PTSD is an example of someone being comfortable with vulnerability, and how that unencumbered mindset facilitates artistic growth.

Smoke DZA and Max B have also come through with new projects on A Closed Mouth Don’t Get Fed and Wave Pack, respectively.
