21 Savage issued his highly regarded debut album earlier this year, aptly titled, Issa Album. With the majority of production handled by Zaytoven, Metro Boomin, and Southside, it was destined to be a trap hit. However, one of, if not the, album’s hardest track was produced by not only Metro Boomin, but also 21 himself. Of course, we’re talking about “Bank Account”.
A simple yet heroin-like addicting hook forces the listener to nod their head in rhythmic unison with the bumping beat. And now, 21 prepares to release the banger’s accompanying music video, starring funnyman, Mike Epps.
In an Instagram trailer, Epps is greeted at a front desk by an elderly gentleman inquiring how to play a cassette of Issa Album gifted to him by his grandson on this revamped “boombox” (Beats Pill).
Simply put, it looks fantastic, and we can’t wait for the full video, which drops tomorrow. Watch the IG teaser below:
