Once again we are bringing Philly what it needs and wants the most! Raw
Beats and ill rhymes! This month’s showcase is a very special one for both
215hiphop.com and for one of Philly’s most celebrated MC’s: Reef The Lost
Cauze. All the producers in the showcase are Reef’s most used producers
throughout his very successful career in making music. The producers staring
in the showcase are long time beat makers for Reef: Eyego/Direct & Emynd who
have been working with Reef since his first EP “The High Life”. Producer
Emynd is also well known for his DJ/Party skills with the monthly party,
“White Belts, White Tees” that goes down every 1st Friday at a Northern
Liberties warehouse. Also showcasing beats is KRU Records Happ G, who has
worked with Reef on several projects dating back to 2002. The 4th and final
Producer not only has provided Reef with beats, but was also a featured MC
on the Feast Or Famine album with the song “Crumbs”, along with providing
the beat for the Philly anthem “Sound Of Philadelphia”. King Magnetic will
be both performing on the mic and on the drum machine, along with a hand
full of special guests throughout the night! This event so far is gaining
interest of Reef The Lost Cauze fans from all over.
