The 2010 BET Hip-Hop Awards went down last night and true to form, it wasn’t without controversy. Spotted over on Rap Radar, BET’s EVP Stephen Hill took to Twitter to comment on Waka Flocka’s performance last night, saying it sucked and he was basically forced to put him on the show by the public:

Flocka also took to Tweeting in response to Mr. Hill’s comments:

I wouldn’t be surprised if Waka’s show was not that great. But I don’t expect greatness out of everyone. If you knew that Mr. Hill, you should have put him in earlier. This is the same guy who came on your network saying he wanted to major in Geometry if he ever went to college and “voting good”, but not for him. You sold your soul a long time ago – don’t feel bad about it now.
Flocka u a muthafuckin fool keep doing ya thing nuttin but love for u over my way
FLAKA GO HARD #JUUUHEARD
he is a joke
Waka Flakes = wack juice! I typically give lame artist some sort of pass but not Wocka Flakes. Mr. Flakes makes Soulja Boy sound good. Pun intended…no hate.
