It appears things got a bit out of hand at last weekend’s Made In America Festival in Philly.
A female fan is claiming she suffered whiplash after being open-hand slapped by Rocky while he attempted to make his way through a raucous crowd of fans during his performance at the festival.
A$AP has been charged with misdemeanor simple assault by the Philadelphia D.A, according to TMZ.
Rocky’s camp has yet to comment on the incident.
