At last a settlement has been reached in the visitation battle between 50 Cent and his former gold digger girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins over their 11 year old son Marquise. The couple have battled it out over the last year but it was determined yesterday that Curtis will have a weekend every month with his son, a month over the Summer holidays and get to spend certain holidays with him effective immediately.
However this is not the end of court appearances for 50 and Tompkins who will be back in court to deal with the $50 million defamation suit Tompkins brought against Curtis in early 2009. So much drama when a person starts making money.

Although 50 Cent's The Kanan Tape was scheduled for delivery on Thanksgiving, it's now looking to be officially released on December 9th -- he promises.
