Andre 3000 was busted in his home stomping ground of Georgia over the weekend for driving a lil too fast. The Outkast rapper was arrested and thrown into a cell for a few hours after being caught doing 109 mph in a 65 zone. You really think he was speeding? Anyhow Benjamin Bixby was released after posting $1,200 bail.
