Jean Deaux’s raspy yet smooth voice has caught the attention of many artists in the industry since she appeared on the scene in 2015. With notable collaborations under her belt already such as Smino, Kehlani, Isaiah Rashad and more, the Chicago native can only continue to go up.
In addition to these impressive collabs, Jean Deaux has three EP’s under her belt. Most recently, the artist dropped “Watch This!” in 2020 which clearly demonstrated her ability to string together thoughtful lyrics and transition naturally between singing and rapping. Her flow is relaxed while simultaneously demanding the attention of listeners as she keeps us hanging on every word and beat. The EP includes features from Smino and Young Baby Tate.
