Canadian rap artist Tommy Genesis first appeared in 2015 with her debut album “World Vision”. She has since grown and expanded her reach finding herself on the radar of big name artists and low-key artists alike. But it wasn’t until she released her self titled LP in 2018 that she really started getting noticed.
I first discovered Tommy Genesis on a playlist curated by Grammy award winning artist, The Weeknd, and I was immediately drawn to her style and sound. Since then she has collaborated with artists like Charlie XCX, Jpegmafia and G-Eazy and her music has been featured in a few tv shows including HBO’s “Euphoria” and Netflix original “Grand Army”.
Tommy Genesis has taken to her social media accounts to tell us that her next album will be here soon and I am very excited to see what else she has in store for us.
