Beanie Sigel Wanted By Cops

Police have allegedly issued a warrant for rapper Beanie Sigel after he failed to appear for a court date regarding his recent drug possession charge. The rapper, real name Dwight Grant, was reportedly due in court Monday September 14th and didn’t show up. So the municipal court judge in Burlington County issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Sigel.

Sigel was arrested last month on a drug possession charge while he was traveling to a performance in New Jersey. He was found in possession of under 50 grams of an unknown drug during a 12:44 AM traffic stop a the intersection of Fort Dix and Main Street. Sigel recently landed at 77 on the sales charts with the release of his Broad Street Bully album, which sold 6,600 units in it’s first week.
