Featuring Wiz and Curren$y, Roy Woods, Migos, Desiigner, and Aminé featuring YBN Cordae.
Another week has peeled off the calendar, and with the impending weekend brings another influx of new music. While we only have one album release today, Curren$y and Wiz Khalifa’s 2009, we have an abundant of dope singles to dig into.
Joining Spitta and Wiz are Migos, Roy Woods, Desiigner, and an Aminé remix featuring YBN Cordae.
The collaborative album from Wiz and Spitta, 2009, marks their second full-length joint effort, following the decade-old How Fly, which was just recently added to streaming platforms. On the 14-track excursion, the two faces of stoner hip-hop take turns enlisting their staple, complementary laidback vibes, leaving just enough room to add some creative pizzazz.
With supporters clamoring for the Culture III release, which was promised at the top of 2019, it seems like fans can now breathe a collective sigh of relief as the trend-setting Migos have come through with their new single, “Position To Win”. Capitalizing on a proven formula, “Position To Win” isn’t a creative departure for the cultural purveyors, but still induces excitement for the pending trilogy bookend.
Additionally, Roy Woods, Desiigner, and Aminé with the help of YBN Cordae have come through with “Worth It”, “Toot!”, and “Blackjack (Remix)”, respectively.
