With a bouncy new single, Buddy returns on “Hollyhood” featuring Kent Jamz.
The Compton native’s latest track is a melodic offering that disguises its sincere contet with a jaunty D Mile production. While buddy and Kent complement this instrumental with their positive rhetoric, speaking on overcoming the hood en route to starry dreams, it’s done with a “do or die” mentality; luckily, they’ve reached the golden path, but for so many with identical goals, that’s simply not the case.
Typical for a Buddy release, “Hollyhood” is replete with witty lyrics (“She a squirter so I slipped out the pussy like whoops, made her clean it up!”) and an infectious vibe.
