Cannibal Ox is poised to set Europe ablaze this Summer, as the group embarks on its first European tour in nearly a decade. The Harlem duo, consisting of lyricists Vast Aire and Vordul Mega, returns to Europe for 10 magnificent shows throughout the Netherlands, Ireland, United Kingdom, Belgium, and France.

In March of this year, Cannibal Ox released its highly-anticipated sophomore album, Blade of the Ronin, to worldwide critical acclaim. The album, which served as the follow-up to the group’s 2001 seminal debut The Cold Vein, earned praise from European media outlets including The Guardian, Echos, DJ Mag, Wire Magazine, Uncut, and Q Magazine among others.  On the return of Cannibal Ox, DJ Mag exclaimed, “No one else sounded like anything like [Cannibal Ox].  None one else sounds anything like them now either.  Superb, and a cold fuzzy to all psychonauts who remember.  They’re Back.
