In an interview after the movie premier of Notorious Junior Mafia member Lil Cease openly reached out to Lil Kim with hopes of a reunion with the other members of the Brooklyn collective who are in the studio working on an album due to be released in 2010. Cease said when it came to the only female member of the group ‘the door is always open even if it wasn’t before. I’ve been trying to reach out to Kim for the last two years, she chose not to be involved but it’s all love.’
Biggie’s former right hand man went on to say that he thought if Kim had the right people around her she would be encouraged to make peace with him and the rest of the Junior Mafia crew, obviously forgetting the whole Hot 97 shooting which resulted in Kim being sent away for a year which certain people, including Kim, believe he played a major part in.
Kim has literally isolated herself with her recent outburst of how she was portrayed in the recent movie, her reaction angering many of those who were involved in the making of the movie. Maybe the hand Cease is offering her might be the Queen B’s saving grace.
