The Lost Boyz are a hip hop group from Queens (my hood), New York. The original group members were lead MC Mr. Cheeks, backup MC and promoter Freaky Tah (1971–1999 At a birthday party for Mr. Cheeks, Freaky Tah was shot in the head while exiting the Sheraton Hotel in Queens.), DJ Spigg Nice, and Pretty Lou.

This year marked the legendary The Rock Steady Crew’s 35th Anniversary. To celebrate, they threw a concert in Lincoln Park in Newark NJ. Crazy Legs, Popmaster Fabel, Redman, Mr Cheeks, Torae, Nitty Scott, Maffew Ragazino, TSA, Rasheed Chappell, Rah DIgga, Consequnece, DJ Evil Dee, DJ JS 1, and The Beatnuts were in attendance.
