An incredibly accurate song title.
Over the course of his incredible career, Future has been heralded as a mumble rap originator, and largely responsible for trap music’s engulfing presence. He developed a staple style that found the former Dungeon Family artist cascading woozy bars and sounds over addicting trap beats. With the release of–rather, one of–his 2017 album, HNDRXX, Future exchanged this established musical cloak for a different aesthetic, categorizing him more as an R&B artist. Today, he’s back with a track, “Absolutely Going Brazy”, that identifies with this newfound style.
Accompanying the new song is a visual, which features a classic “cause and effect” scenario: footage of Future performing for thousands of elated fans is inter-spliced with him enjoying the fruits of that labor–mainly, exocitc rides and private jets. As the song suggests, Future’s life is absolutely brazy.
