DaBaby has been on an explosive ascent. Although he dealt with years of obscurity, honing his craft and biding his time, it seems like once he knocked on pop-culture and the labels’ doors, they swung off the hinges.
Ever since he released Baby On Baby, featuring the omnipresent “Suge,” artists far and wide have been pining for a DaBaby feature. From J. Cole and Chance The Rapper, to the recently-released Quality Control compilation album and Megan Thee Stallion, DaBaby’s been pulling a J. Cole by showing up on everybody’s album. Today, he shows up on another artist’s track, Lizzo’s “Truth Hurts (Remix).”
