Slum Village is back with some serious heat. The Detroit hip-hop veterans return with “Forever” the first street single from their upcoming Evolution album, which is tentatively set for a June release. If the rest of the project sounds anything like this one, we’re in for a real treat.

Slum Village have a new album out now, it's called YES! (get it on iTunes right here) and it's their follow-up to their 2013 album Evolution. They're also sharing a single featuring young stalwart emcee Jon Connor. Another dope thing worth noting about the track is it's produced by the legendary J Dilla. Peep it after the jump!
