Grape_ApeAfter her performance at Jamaica’s Reggae Sumfest, Nicki Minaj was fined J$1,000 for cursing during her show. Minaj was handed the summons as she left the stage. She pleaded guilty to using expletives on stage; but probably after she realized that 1000 Jamaican dollars = US $11.70.
The Young Money diva did not make it to court, instead sending her local attorney Hugh Thompson to handle the case, who entered an ex parte guilty plea on Minaj’s behalf.
