Nicki Minaj: “I Want To Retire As An Actress”

Add Nicki Minaj to the list of rappers that aspire to make the transition to the silver screen. However, Nicki Minaj is not like most rappers because she actually studied acting throughout high school, and wanted to be an actress way before she even considered being a rapper. In fact, the Harajuku Barbie already has a bit of successful acting experience. In addition to starring in some funny SNL skits as “The Creep“, Nicki was also featured in the independent film Stuck On Broke along side fellow rapper OJ Da Juiceman. In the video below, Nicki discusses her passion for acting and says that in her ideal world she would love to work with Will Smith and Tim Burton. Check it out.
