Quavo Huncho out this Friday, October 12th.
Released in tandem with “Lambtalk” and “Workin Me”, Quavo dropped the melodic “Bubblegum” this past August. Three singles from his forthcoming debut solo album, Quavo Huncho, due out October 12th, “Bubblegum” provides fans with a preview of what to expect on the rapidly-approaching Quavo solo project: vibes and energy, housed in a soothing auto-tuned aesthetic.
Today, Quavo has supplemented his “Bubblegum” offering by providing the entertaining music video. Complete with vivid imagery, the “Bubblegum” visual is set in a dystopian future similar to The Matrix, where Huncho finds himself toeing the line between reality and fantasy. As the video progresses, the lines between the two start to blur, positioning the latter setting as superior–after all, it is accompanied with futuristic technology and beautiful women, standing in stark contrast to the dark reality he finds himself in.
