J. Cole’s “Middle Child” continued his assertion as one of the game’s current best MCs. A song filled with subliminal and overt disses, facilitated by his superior abilities, “Middle Child” proves that Cole is ahead of the rest. Part of its allure, however, extends past Cole’s vocal additions and exist within the T-Minus production. Today, TDE’s Reason tried his hand at the beat by freestyling over “Middle Child”.
