Hip-hop’s polarizing new wave takeover, or “SoundCloud rap movement”, has introduced some interesting characters to the musical landscape. Through a barrage of multi-colored braids, face tats, and grills, stand two of the movement’s leaders: Rich The Kid and Trippie Redd. Today, they’ve joined forces on “Early Morning Trappin”.
Released as a Worldstar exclusive video, “Early Morning Trappin” finds the two capitalizing on their mushrooming success by discussing their enviable lifestyle while rolling through the LA hills. Hate or love the SoundCloud wave—clearly it’s paying dividends for Rich and Trippie.
