Deadstar 2 arrives this Friday.This Friday, Smokepurpp will make his official studio album debut with the ironically-titled rookie LP, Deadstar 2. The Mike Dean executively-produced project follows Purpp’s April-released EP, Lost Planet, and aims to further establish him as one of his generation’s more exciting acts. Purpp has given fans a strong preview of what to expect by releasing a collection of singles.
From the Denzel Curry-assisted “What I Please” to recruiting Lil Skies on “Dirty Dirty,” the South Floridian is building on his established sound while continuing to hone it. Additionally, Purpp has released a sequel track to the standout Deadstar “Audi” single, “Audi 2.” Recently, the trap artist came through with its official video.
