Well, this is a trip…
Steve Aoki and Lil Uzi Vert have successfully ascended to the pinnacles of their respective genres. The former controls the EDM world, the latter is one of hip-hop’s biggest current acts. So when they collaborate on a song, it’s fitting that they combine these powers to produce great content. On the music video for their track, “Been Ballin”, they do just that.
A combination of stop-motion images of the two, animated depictions of a gold-encrusted world, and cool visual effects comprise the video’s aesthetic. For two guys who can’t seem to lose, it’s appropriate that they make an entire song and video dedicated to balling.
