To celebrate NBA Rookie of the Year Kyrie Irving’s success in the NBA this year, Alife teamed up with Pepsi Max, the A$AP Mob, and French Montana for what should’ve been a crazy night. Unfortunately, Irving and the A$AP Mob were unable to attend. Chief Keef, however, came to the rescue and made a surprise performance. All photos by Bernard Smalls.
To celebrate the release of their album “Self Made Vol. 2,” Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group set up a pop-up shop at Alife in NYC. Ross, Stalley, Meek Mill, Omarion, and Wale were all in attendance, signing albums and meeting fans. During the event, the group also performed a couple of tracks off the album. On Monday May 14, 2012, Curren$y took over Alife in NYC to hold an exclusive listening session for his upcoming album “The Stoned Immaculate.” The event was hosted by Shaheem Reid and numerous guests were in attendance including Stalley, Shiest Bubz, Skyzoo, Audra The Rapper and Miss Info.
