Insert sad face emoji here. I miss old Project Pat. What the hell happened to Pat-ah? Has he lost it? Where’s the help from successful young brother Juicy J? Pat-ah has been churning out some of the worst “slappers” in recent memory (more like knee slappers, am I right) I remember this dude used to drop straight heat. Yes, that was back in the late 90s-early 2000s, but still! Here Pat is teaming up with one of the hottest, buzzing rappers out in the game, Fetty Wap for “Rollin’ Drank.” There’s also some dude named Big Trill. Yep. Check out “Rollin’ Drank” after the jump… if you wish.
There’s one thing hip-hop doesn’t have a shortage of: weed based songs. And “Wanna Get High” with its blunt (haha, get it?) song title deals with just that. Project Pat links up with fellow stoner Wiz Khalifa and Joe Simpson for “Wanna Get High” remix. Check it out after the jump.
DJ Paul’s Three 6 Mafia project Da Mafia 6ix is making their highly-anticipated follow up to the 2014 Hear Sum Evil mixtape available for free stream, which you may get at after the jump. The trio of DJ Paul, Crunchy Black and Koopsta Knicca (RIP Lord Infamous) return with a stream of their new album, Watch What U Wish… and it features the likes of Lil Wyte, Fiend, ICP and more. Stream the new project after the jump!

The “War Ready” duo of Rick Ross and Jeezy join up once again this time to remix Young Dolph’s “Preach” cut. The Zaytoven produced track originally made its appearance on Dolph’s High Class Street Music 4 mixtape. Listen to Rozay and Jeezy remix Dolph’s “Preach” after the jump.
DJ Paul and Da Mafia 6ix unleash the title track music video for their Hear Sum Evil mixtape intro. And frankly the visuals are a perfect representation of the truly sadistic and evil nature of the Memphis group’s music. Check it out after the jump and we warn you… it’s pretty graphic.
Project Pat shows his age with his new single “Twerk It”, a song about a cultural trend that is on its way out the door. Pat, who is undoubtedly an OG in the rap game, is struggling to find a groove in the 2010s but recruiting the likes of Ty Dolla $ign, Wiz Khalifa, and Wale helps. Even if just a little. Listen after the jump.
Memphis OG Project Pat teams up with Taylor Gang’s Chevy Woods for “Gettin’ It” off of the two’s forthcoming collaborative album. In addition, Pat’s third installment to his Cheeze N Dope mixtape is also on its way. Listen to “Gettin’ It” after the jump.
Besides topping the charts on Katy Perry’s “Dark Horse” single, Juicy J has had himself an awfully quiet 2014 thus far. But have no fear, as the Juice Mane stay trippy even when you’re least suspecting. And today the Memphis OG shared a new track “Ice” featuring Future and A$AP Ferg. The track is also produced by frequent collaborator Mike Will Made It. It bangs. After the jump!
Ne-Yo and Juicy J have teamed up to deliver a strip club banger for the autumn season. Despite Ne-Yo’s forte being in the love song/dance lane, Juicy J comes in to give him a much needed helping hand seeing as Juicy pops bands on the regular. With that being said, the track is certainly ratchet and the Dr. Luke production helps accentuate that feeling. Be on the lookout for “She Knows” in all the strip clubs this season. Peep it after the jump.
Rick Ross recently announced the follow-up to his successful Mastermind album, entitled Hood Billionaire. And now he has also decided to share what appears to be the project’s first single, “Elvis Presley BLVD”. The track features Memphis legend Project Pat. Listen after the jump.
