What a behemoth of a month March is, huh? If you’ve been keeping tabs: so far we’ve been gifted with Kendrick Lamar’s sophomore masterpiece To Pimp a Butterfly, Future’s brand new mixtape 56 Nights, Earl Sweatshirt’s sophomore I Don’t Like Sh*t, I Don’t Go Outside. And now Action Bronson’s highly-anticipated, long-gestating mainstream debut Mr. Wonderful is available for free stream! What a month. The album arrives with “Easy Rider,” “Actin’ Crazy,” “Baby Blue” and “Terry” serving as its singles. Check out the free stream after the jump.
March 31st can’t get here any faster. Mr. Wonderful is already shaping up to be a great debut album from Action Bronson and we’ve only been treated to one official single with the 40 produced “Actin’ Crazy.” And here we have Bronsolino teaming up with Chicago’s Chance the Rapper for the Mark Ronson (yes, thee Mark Ronson who produced smash radio hit “Uptown Funk”) produced “Baby Blue.” Check it out after the jump.
With Action Bronson’s debut album Mr. Wonderful on the way (due out March) and the Queens rapper already sharing the 40 produced “Actin’ Crazy” he stops by Funkmaster Flex for an exclusive, out of this world freestyle. Needless to say, Bronson spazzed over Prodigy’s “Keep It Thoro.” Check out Action Bronson’s Funkmaster Flex freestyle after the jump!
Action Bronson’s forthcoming debut album Mr. Wonderful officially drops March 24th and after sharing its tracklist as well as the features/production credits he is now dropping “Actin’ Crazy,” a track produced by Drake’s frequent collaborator Noah “40” Shebib. Listen to Bronson’s “Actin’ Crazy” after the jump.
The critically acclaimed Grand Theft Auto V recently received a PlayStation 4 / Xbox One facelift and with it comes a brand spankin’ new original soundtrack. A few weeks back Freddie Gibbs shared his GTA V cut (featuring production from Mike Dean) “Sellin’ Dope.” And now, with it being Action Bronson’s birthday, The Alchemist is letting one out of the vault for everyone to enjoy. The Bronsolino/Danny Brown collaborative track “Bad News” (produced by the aforementioned Alchemist) also appears on the next-gen console version of GTA V. Listen to “Bad News” after the jump and wish Mr. Wonderful himself, Action Bronson, a happy birthday.
Action Bronson is a legend, let that be known. When it’s all said and done, we shall look back to our glorious 2010s, and Bronsolino will be dubbed thee noblest G in the whole game. The people love Bronson, they show Bronson love, and Bronson always loves back. This sentiment couldn’t be more evident than in his decorated Munchies series “F*ck, That’s Delicious” which chronicles Action Bronson enjoying the fruits of labor (ie: stuffing his face with greasy foods, smoking copious amounts of marijuana, and hanging out with the people of this amazing world we live in). However, if there’s one demographic that’s hard to please it’s those mysterious, anonymous internet dwellers. In this video Mr. Wonderful himself tackles some YouTube comments left on his psychedelic “Easy Rider” music video. After the jump!
Action Bronson going over The Alchemist’s production is always a win for the hip-hop community. As you may recall, the two have worked together before, notably on the excellent Rare Chandeliers mixtape from a few years back. The MC/producer tandem has returned and this time they’ve brought the Neon Icon himself, Riff Raff into the fold. Check out the new track “Blue Jays” after the jump.
