Tory flexes his decorated passport.

When Tory Lanez isn’t challenging Drake to one-on-one games, he’s busy trying to body Aubrey behind the booth for Canada’s hip-hop crown. While the two harbor similar singing – rapping aesthetics, Tory, as the competitive individual he is, is consistently in the lab honing his craft to carve his own lane, to prove that if he can’t have sole thrown ownership, than there is at least room for two.

Recognizing the demand for his work without wanting to rush an official project, Tory has come through with a new worldly mixtape, International Fargo.

An exercise in musical brevity, International Fargo boasts only five-tracks, but packs a heavy punch despite its shallow stature. Throughout this project, as the title suggests, the 26-year-old artist flexes his decorated passport that shows how far his talents have taken him — figuratively and literally.

Mirroring the tape’s world traveler theme, Tory dons a hybrid grime – island riddim hat, sounding like he’s taking a break from battling Drake for the Canada crown by stepping into the ring with the likes of Skepta and, well, Drake when he’s also donning his island riddim hat.

On International Fargo, Tory is joined by Koffee, Melli, Davido, and Aya Nakamura.
