Taking to Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 Radio show earlier today, Trippie Redd has come through with his new song, “Under Enemy Arms.”

A horn-dominant production, “Under Enemy Arms” recruits Trippie’s woozy sonic aesthetic of half-sung, half-rapped bars revolving around prevailing through enemy forces. It’s a battle cry rooted in self-confidence and disdain for external opinions.

In addition to debuting his track, Trippie also spoke with Zane about his forthcoming album, potentially entitled !, and what fans can expect from the release. Honing his overall artistry, Trippie intends to make his next album more of a visual journey, replete with boundless concepts for video treatments.

“I’ve pretty much got the concepts for lots of videos and shit. I’m trying to be visual with this one. Right now I’m just finishing up little features and stuff. I got to go pick up on The Game later and probably have him on it. I got Carti on it. Playboi Carti. It’s [an] exclamation mark,” Trippie told Zane.

“Under Enemy Arms” follows Trippie’s April-released single, “Murder.”
