Tru Life speaks on Def Jam split

Former Roc La Familia/Def Jam artist Tru Life has come out publicly about his departure from the label.  He states that he had prior knowledge of Jay-Z leaving the label and he no longer wanted to be there because Jigga was the only reason he signed with them.  He also makes note that he was payed a sum of $300,000 upon his exit, a figure negotiated in his contract.  Tru maintains his allegiance to Roc A Fella and Jay-Z, stating that they are still cool and were recently hanging out in Las Vegas together.
