KEN ESQRecently XXL had the opportunity to catch up with DJ Khaled at a BMI Industry Event & Ricky Rozay came up in conversation. According to Khaled, Ross is putting in the finishing touches on God Forgives, I Don’t and it should be given a release date real soon. He also mentioned that they’ve already started working on another Rick Ross album that The Boss wants to release this year as well.
I respect this dude Ross’ work ethic completely. One of the hardest working dudes in music. But he gotta let God Forgives, I Don’t breathe once its released and also give his MMG crew some shine too. Self Made Vol. 2 deserves a certain level of attention and it would be great for Meek’s career to let him put out a debut album in 2012. Throw in another good upcoming artist in Stalley and then Wale who is certain to want to craves some kind of spotlight, there is no way Ross is going to drop two albums this year. Just how I view it.
