His first project since August’s The Booty Tape.
The Booty Gang captain, Ugly God, rose furiously on the scene with his hypnotic breakout hit, “Water”. An eventual single from his mixtape, The Booty Tape, “Water” positioned Ugly God as an artist poised for a bright future. And while he has one of the more loyal followings, Ugly God hasn’t put out a project since this August release, and continues toying with fans’ emotions as he consistently hits at yet fails to deliver a new project. Tired of haters cradling his ear hairs, Ugly God just put out a four-track EP, just a lil something before the album…
Clearly a collection of loose singles, this EP’s main objective appears to be satiating impatient fans keen on receiving new UG material. Aware of the hater rhetoric surrounding his name, Ugly God has used that slander as motivation to propel himself forward; the EP’s cover is littered with out of context social media posts defaming Ugly God: “Booty Tape was TRASH”, “He’s not coming back”, “I sense a flop coming”. Ugly God’s ears are wide open, and with his new music, he plans on shutting naysayers’ mouths.
