Apparently Waka Flocka Flame released a song out with Good Charlotte. In case you don’t know who Good Charlotte is, they’re a pop-punk band from the early 2000s. They had songs like “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” go gold in 2002 – further revealing my old age. They’ve pretty much been on hiatus since 2011 and haven’t recorded a new album since 2010. How do I know this? Because I’ve used my Googles. Anyway, this song is for that new Pixels film coming out later this month. Now, the tandem of Waka Flocka, a rapper who is basically losing more and more of his street cred as I type this thing out, and a seemingly irrelevant early 2000s pop group have record a music video for this “Game On” track. Honestly, when I heard this track back last month I was baffled but now, hearing it over again — along with an equally nauseating video — I’m convinced this is the worst thing to happen to rap in 2015 thus far. But you be the judge. Check out “Game On” after the jump.
