The ‘Superbus’ is an electric vehicle which boasts six wheels, 16 gullwing doors and transport for 23 passengers. Its electric motor makes it eco-friendly but thanks to some clever engineering it’s also ‘sports car’ quick and should have a top speed of 155mph. The futuristic vehicle is the brainchild of Holland’s first ever astronaut, Wubbo Ockels, (both corr) who has been working alongside boffins from Delft University of Technology in Holland.
