When Did A Chain Smoking 2 Year Old Become Kosher?

So I’ll start by saying I’ve been a smoker for almost a decade now.  But my parents, specifically ma’ dukes, beat my ass when she found out I smoked.  This child, and I use that word on purpose, has been smoking since he was 18 months old.  Ardi Rizal is addicted to nicotine according to his mother Diana, 26.  He throws tantrums if he doesn’t get his cigarettes, which number up to 2 packs a day…that’s 40 cigarettes for you non-smokers.  I’ve heard and seen some awful parenting but Jesus, this is f*cking crazy.  Somebody needs to take this kid away from his parents and get him off the butts.  The kid is such an expert smoker he blows smoke rings with ease.  Too bad he’s so out of shape…..AT 2 YEARS OLD….that he can’t even play with other kids.  He just sits back and smokes……really sad.
